Helping your team to:

• Cut the costs (several tens of thousand of $ per year) of garage, (parts, fluids, etc.) and machinery repairs.
• Work as a team with garage and office staff to keep the machinery and trucks functioning well.
• Get your machinery’s availability, workability and longevity the highest possible.
• Better organize and implement equipment follow-up management(preventative maintenance)
• Have a better inventory and garage management in order to be more efficient and more safe in their garage;

According to your priorities, our Senior HD Mechanic Trainer/Coaches would:

• work in your community from few days to six weeks in a row(Fly in – Fly out)
• under the supervision of a community representative(ex: CAO)
• perform hands-on Training/Coaching with your garage staff while Repairing and Servicing as many of your vehicles (big and small) as possible?
• get garage staff trained/coached in preventative maintenance
• have the operators, truck drivers, helpers and weekend employees trained/coached in their part of the preventative maintenance process (ex: 360 inspection)
• train/coach in Garage Management the garage and office staff concerned

• Troubleshoot and repair all kind (big and small) of vehicles
• Mechanical training/coaching(heavy-duty trucks, construction and mining heavy machinery, truck trailers, buses, small vehicles)
• Preventative maintenance(Servicing)
• Record keeping

Inventory Management

• We have a team of Certified HD Mechanic or Certified Automotive Mechanic for all Canada(Interprovincial Red Seal)
• Can give certification to the mechanics, truck drivers and helpers who learn and work with them
• Can repair and do mechanic training/coaching on any big machinery and small vehicle and on garage management
• Speak English
• Lots of experience in the North with Inuit and First Nations
• HD mechanic technical competencies (all more than 15 years experience)
• Hands on approach to solve mechanical and management problems
• Training/Coaching and supervising abilities with Inuit and First Nations
• Concern for people needs and people skills in delicate situations
• Constant helping approach to all
