Help participants design, prepare and deliver training sessions that are:
Taking into account:
The participants will perform all the stages of design, facilitation and assessment of learning of a real training session of about 15 minutes which they will give to the group of participants at the end of the session.
This training session, that participants will prepare and deliver, will be chosen from among the actual training sessions to be delivered by the participants in their organization.
They will be filmed and will receive positive and benevolent feedback by the group of fellow participants and, by the trainer/coach.

This training session, that participants will prepare and deliver, will be chosen from among the actual training sessions to be delivered by the participant in their organization. They will be filmed and will receive positive and benevolent feedback (with compassion) by the group of fellow participants and, by the trainer/coach.
